I found Smart Room Lettings online when I was still in Italy looking for a room in Southampton and the only viewing of the house has been via Skype, with Richard trying to show me my future room and communal area.
The house was as good as in the picture on the advert, spacious and comfortable and my flatmates are really nice people, respectful during the week but also happy to have a barbecue together during the weekend. Tina and Richard have always been kind and helpful and every occasion is good for them to bring us some chocolates! |
